Selection of the Installation Place for Small-scale High Pressure Air Compressor

The normal operation of small high pressure air compressor absolutely depends on the proper installation environment, which is the necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of high pressure air compressor. If the installation conditions can not be met, then everything can only be empty talk. So, what are the requirements of the environment for the installation of small high pressure air compressors?

1. According to the requirements of the Code for the Design of Compressed Air Stations, the heating temperature between machines in compressed air stations should not be lower than 15 C, and the temperature between machines in non-working hours should not be lower than 5 C.

2. Reserve passage and maintenance space. According to the requirements of Code for Design of Compressed Air Station, the passage width between small-scale high pressure air compressor units and the wall is 0.8-1.5m distance according to the exhaust volume.

3. Choose a wide area with good lighting to ensure the required space and lighting during the operation, maintenance and repair.

4. When the suction port of the small-scale high pressure air compressor or or the cooling air suction port of the unit is set in the room, the indoor ambient temperature should not be higher than 40 degrees.

5. Choose places with low air humidity, less dust, more fresh air and good ventilation to avoid water mist, acid mist, oil mist, and the environment with a lot of dust and fibre.

6. When the exhaust volume of a single compressed air station is equal to or greater than 20m?/min, and the total installed capacity is equal to or greater than 60m?/min, it is advisable to install crane equipment for overhaul, and its lifting capacity should be determined according to the z* heavy parts of small air compressor units.

7. If the environment of the factory is poor and there is much dust, it is necessary to install the pre-filtration equipment to ensure the service life of the parts of the small-scale high pressure air compressor system.

When we choose the installation environment of the high pressure air compressor, we must be careful. If we neglect this, the high pressure air compressor can not work well for us at all.
