Why the air compressor is suddenly shut down ?

Air compressor in the operation of the sudden stop of the reasons are:

(1) The suction pressure is too low, lower than the pressure relay low pressure lower limit;

(2) Exhaust pressure is too high, causing high-voltage relay power failure;

(3) Oil pressure is too low, hydraulic relay action relay;

(4) Motor overload, thermal relay action relay.

Air compressor sudden shutdown method:

(1) Check the reason for the pipeline is blocked to smooth the pipeline, such as the lack of system to add the refrigerant;

(2) Check the condenser cooling or cooling air volume;

(3) Check the oil system piping and oil pump;

(4) Check the power supply voltage is low or the cooling load is too large.
