low pressure screw air compressor. As

The low pressure screw air compressor is generally started by star triangle step-down mode, when necessary, it can be used with soft and frequency conversion starting, so the starting current is relatively low. Screw machine has continuous compression, so there is no pulse in the air stream of compressed air, and the airflow is quite stable.
Because of the low internal pressure of the low pressure screw air compressor, the oil-gas separation effect is not so good. If the design is not good, it is easy to cause flying oil, which will lead to high temperature or even may cause the main engine locked. Because of the low internal pressure of the low pressure screw air compressor, the screw main engine is required to be higher. The low internal pressure not only makes the oil return less than the conventional screw compressor, but also makes the oil return speed less than the conventional screw compressor. Therefore, the air compressor manufacturer should upgrade the oil return system while improving the oil-gas separation effect.
