Notes in using diesel air compressors: when you don't use the diesel air compressor and store it in a place with environment temperature lower than 0 ℃, please make sure to empty the water in the oil cooler and back cooler in case the cooler is cracked. About installation: please select a proper installation site for diesel air compressor, where the air compressor maintenance work is easy in the future, so as to avoid abnormal operation due to the unsatisfactory environment.

Safe operating procedures:

1. Make sure the oil, diesel, and water are full before using, and the enclosure, safety valve, pressure gauge and other accessories in good condition.

2. Adjust the throttle properly and control the air pressure; no use with overpressure.

3. Supply water to the water tank when necessary and dry burning is strictly prohibited.

4. Open the drain valve regularly to discharge the waste from the air tank.

5. Drain the rest water from water tank in time after work in the winter.

6. Inspect the air tank regularly.

7. After work, the equipment should be properly placed. Air compressor is a piece of special equipment, which should be carefully maintained. The compressor oil must be replaced every two months, and always ensure the compressor oil not lower than the oil level line.

8. If there is abnormal sound, vibration or other faults during operation, it is necessary to stop and repair the compressor immediately.

9. Please make sure to open the water drain valve under air compressor air tank after the compressor works for every 16 hours. After discharging the wastewater, please close the drain water valve.

10. Please make sure to open the valve under oil & water separator and the airbag valve on dust catcher after it works for every 8 hours. After discharging the wastewater, please close the drain water valve.

11. It is not necessary to adjust the relief valve to release the pressure. Whenever pressure is released through the relief valve, it is necessary to find out the cause of excessive pressure immediately and deal with it in time.
