Three Stage Compressor
Compressor host system includes three compressions, V-type structure, from the crankcase, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, cylinder ,gas valve and other basic components. The crankcase is made of aluminum alloy; the crankshaft is a single bell crank structure; the connecting rod is an integral type; the piston structure is a differential type, wherein one or two is a unitary type, one or three is a combined type.
The host pulley is equipped with a large amount of wind cooling fan, the compressor exterior, and the cooling components forcibly cooled. The compressor uses splash lubrication. It utilizes the oil pin mounted on the big end of the connecting rod to splash the oil droplets and oil mist caused by the oil surface in the crankcase when the crankshaft rotates so that the friction parts are fully lubricated. The machine lubricating oil recommended N100, N150 reciprocating compressor oil (GB12691-1990), in the use of the environment below 5 ℃, optional N68 reciprocating compressor oil (GB12691-1990). Different grades of lubricating oil can not be mixed.
High-pressure air compressor unit mainly separated by the compressor host, the drive motor (motor), interstage cooler, compressed air separation, purification and other processing devices, as well as the pressure display, control, and safety devices. The figure below is its workflow. When the drive works, the free state of air through the intake filter

The oil and condensate separated and filtered off from the separator behind each cylinder pass the valve
(9) regularly discharged outside the machine or collected in the dirt tank. In the compressor workflow also has a pressure display, regulation, and overpressure protection device
